I've never tried it plain, I think the only time I've had it is in Indian cooking--and there are lots of spices going on, so I'm not sure if I like it or not. Your tea sounds really yummy! Pretty mug too by the way.Carriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15761581520765059264noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5644132027994848214.post-43899096933250527452015-04-07T15:06:21.612-04:002015-04-07T15:06:21.612-04:00Hi Margie,

It always reminds me of when I was in the second grade and our teacher had us hold an "Egyptian Tea" every year. We would serve our parents. I don't remember the cookies we used but I do seem to remember that the tea taste like what I would later have as Constant Comment.Beth in NEPAhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12920859563407788557noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5644132027994848214.post-74415514406473793512015-04-06T22:41:41.467-04:002015-04-06T22:41:41.467-04:00I will have to try this tea. Of course there were many times when I didn't always check the ingredients too when I first started drinking it. I love spicy tea; especially chai. But any tea with cinnamon or cloves in it is a favourite with me. Thank you for joining me for tea today and Happy Easter Monday!

Blessings,
SandiSandi@ Rose Chintz Cottagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17415214311003251398noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5644132027994848214.post-81436903669328701832015-04-06T11:43:17.964-04:002015-04-06T11:43:17.964-04:00Your tea has so many different teas and spices in ...Your tea has so many different teas and spices in it. Definitely seems like a good energy tea. To me, the taste of saffron is subtle-sort of a mild salty earthy paprika. It's the color that really makes the spice for me. I probably use too small of an amount to really explore and understand the taste. As far as spiced teas, I'm not a huge fan but do enjoy chai.
