My second Christmas tree is a small purple fibre optic tree located in my kitchen.
This tree is decorated with vintage cookie cutters, as well as handmade ornaments gifted to me by my talented blogging friends.
Last Christmas, I gave you my heart.
Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!
Jolly old Saint Nicholas.
Rocking around the Christmas tree.
The stocking was hung by the tree with care.
Underneath the purple tree are my miniature tea sets.
This week's holiday tea: Celestial Seasonings' Candy Cane Lane.
This is one of my favourite Christmas teas.
I'm joining the following parties this week:
I love your fiber optic tree, Margie! You have decorated it so very prettily, too. I have had a fiber optic tree for years and years, and this year it's on a bench in my entrance way. I think they're so fun and cheery. Hope you'll have a good week. Are you planning a office tea?
ReplyDeleteWhat a cheery post and why am I not surprised you have a purple tree! I love your handmade ornies. I have some of those too. I put up three trees this year instead of the usual four or five. We're getting about 15 cm of snow today and it's going to be nasty once the winds pick up. It's a good day to stay inside and sip tea in front of the fire. Winter came early this year as well as the cold temps. Brrr! Have a wonderful week, Margie and thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteChristmas blessings,
Sandi
Such a lovely tree Margie, with lovely memories of your friends in each ornament.
ReplyDeletePurple fibre optics ... perfect! I love this tree as much as the tea-themed tree. I think it's so sweet that you have all those special handmade gifted decorations on this one.

Love all the handmade ornaments. They're extra special coming from friends. I think my favorite one is the first one, the heart with red stitching. Always loved the idea of a kitchen tree with cookie cutter ornaments! xo Deborah
