Momo Sencha

Raise your hands if you've been drinking copious amounts of teas to cope with the stress of the coronavirus crisis.

Over the weekend, I finally tried the Momo Sencha that I purchased at the 2018 (!) RBG Tea Festival. This Japanese green tea is a special blend of peach and rhubarb by Momo Tea. I enjoyed the light peach flavour, but couldn't detect the rhubarb.

My March tea empties
I'm really making a dent in my tea stash in these trying times.

And Week 3 of physical/social distancing begins...

  3. I'm with you, thank God for tea. I have to admit this virus has me in a bit of a panic, I'm normally pretty laid back. I have 3 of the underling health issues so my chances are pretty slim of surviving this. Good thing is I've always been a germaphobe. Even my husband has been making tea for me, he's getting good at it. Hope your doing well, I hope your tea stash holds out. Blessings Margie.

  4. Is t that teapot the best?? Thank goodness for you sipping away at your tea stash while working from home. A cup of tea is such comfort, which we all need.

  5. Tea is drunk copiously here, too. It's very fortifying. I hope the working from home is going well for you. I'm setting up virtual classrooms and trying to figure out how to teach from home.

  7. I'm making a dent in my tea stash as well! I decided not to buy new tea for a while, use what I have while it is still reasonably fresh, and maybe clear a much-needed shelf in the cupboard while I'm at it :-) I hope that you are taking great care!

  8. Lots of tea drinking here, been using up all the small bits, even combining some for some interesting drinking, But I did break down and order some from Murchies (along with coffee and hot chocolate)
