Last weekend, I went to the 2017 Fall Pottery Show in hopes of finding some new tea-themed ornaments for my Christmas tree.
There were lots of festive holiday decor...but no tea-themed ornaments.
Can you guess what this is?
It's a "Sugar Baby" container!
(I don't think I'd be able to sleep if this creepy head with gold eyes was in my home.)

Some seasonal teapots.
An interesting teapot wall art.
I came thisclose to bringing one of these teabag holders home with me, but the loooooong line-ups at the cashier made me realize that I didn't really need another teabag holder!
While I left the pottery show empty-handed, I did pick up this puny mug from The Handmade House.
Margie, I love the tea bag holders. How adorable. Some good eye candy there girl. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteMargie, I have misplaced your email address. Could you please send it to me at creationsbycindy@nefcom.net.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much!
Margie, those tea bag holders are cute and like you, I find the Sugar Baby somewhat creepy! I like your new mug that you use at work. Foxes are so tame around here now that they are almost like pets. I am waiting for our Veseys Seeds Christmas to open and perhaps find a new ornament this year. Last year Hubby got me a sweet mercury glass teapot which I love! I'm looking forward to getting out all my ornaments again. Have a great week, Margie!
ReplyDeleteMargie, deve ter sido um belo passeio e com certeza teve oportunidade de ver lindas peças decorativas. Feliz semana.
ReplyDeleteHi Margie! WOW- what a show that was! There are so many neat tea items! I really like that wall plaque - isn't that unique and awesome?
ReplyDeleteI admire your will power not bringing lots and lots home with you. I do like your new fox mug. ♥
I will never forget meeting YOU through Stephanie's tea cup swap - you are very dear to me. /hugs
Cute items! The sugar baby containers are really scary!
ReplyDeleteThe Sugar Baby is creepy, Margie! However, some of the other tea related items would be hard to resist. Your fox mug is adorable and perfect for the office, Margie!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful way idea to attend the pottery show. The lovely tea choices were very tempting especially the tea bag holders. The photos helped me to enjoy the show, too.

Tea In Texas
What a great day out! I love those kind of outings, but they are slim in our area.
ReplyDeleteStephanie and I will be going to a huge craft fair this month and I'm looking forward to that time away with her.
Yes, that " sugar baby" is creepy in deed!
Have a happy day~
What a fun place to visit, Margie! I agree with you, I wouldn’t want those creepy babies either....Christine
ReplyDeleteWould now be the wrong time to suggest the tea bag holders would have made nice tree decorations?? Looks like it was another great show ... your self-control is admirable ;) Love the new mug!
ReplyDeleteIt would be a 'no' to the sugar baby creepiness from me too ... they remind me of the broken doll under the bed in Toy Story! eeka freaka!
I can't say I took to the sugar baby...I don't think so! But love everything else! This time of year is always so fun for shows and fairs! Thanks for linking to Tuesday Cuppa Tea.

Margie, I love the look of your fox mug, but I don't quite get the meaning. Am I just dense at this early morning hour?
ReplyDeleteLove those little pottery teabag holders! Thanks for sharing Margie!
