A few weeks ago, we hosted an autumn tea social at the office.
We sipped Caramel Apple herbal tea in my Fire King peach luster teacups.
Once again, I forgot to photograph the food: veggies, samosas, crackers, hummus, and cookies.
I've managed to resist the urge to buy ALL the pumpkin teas out this season and limited myself to The Polar Tea Co.'s pumpkin chai. This tea contains real pumpkin pieces and was delicious with milk.
Pumpkin Treat #1: Pumpkin spice whoopie pie
Pumpkin Treat #2: Pumpkin spice scone enjoyed with Stash's decaf pumpkin spice tea.
Pumpkin Treat #3: Foundy's pumpkin spice ice cream was DELISH!
I wished that I had stocked up on this limited edition ice cream.
Pumpkin Treat #4: Pumpkin Spice chocolate by Lindt.
What pumpkin teas and treats have you been enjoying this season?
I wish I could share all those pumpkin treats with you, Margie! Your co-workers are one lucky group to enjoy an Autumn Tea at work. I received a Fire King teacup for my tea exchange person. It is perfect for Fall, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteYou've done so well in rounding up all the pumpkin teas and treats in your neighbourhood. But you're missing a real pumpkin! That lustre ware looks amazing ;)

I guess I don't get out enough because I wasn't aware that Lindt made Pumpkin Spice chocolate! Love your peach luster teacups! If it sparkles or has an iridescent glaze on it, I'm lovin' it. That ice cream sounds delicious as does the caramel apple dream tea. Are we not blessed to live in this day and age when we have all these lovely teas to choose from? I remember years ago folks around here only had Red Rose or King Cole. I am so thankful for the different varieties we have today. Enjoy your week, Margie.
ReplyDeleteSo many delightful fall flavors here. Being a fan of Celestial Seasoning teas I will have to see if I can find that Caramel Apple flavor when I go shopping later this week.
ReplyDeleteBlessings~

ReplyDeleteOh my - everything looks so good - I haven't even shopped for any of the new pumpkin flavored things - but some of those sure do look good - I need to shop. The tea and candy especially. Now for a good cup of tea, and I think I'll try some pumpkin cookies.
ReplyDeleteMargie, I've never tried a pumpkin spice tea. Maybe this will be the year I do! I love pumpkin and spice in all sorts of other things, so ... Your cups are perfect for this!
ReplyDeleteIt's pretty hard to avoid pumpkin this time of year...I have tried to not go TOO overboard... I haven't see a pumpkin chai though. Pumpkin scones are on my bake list in the next few days. Looks like you have been having a lot of pumpkin fun! Thanks for linking to Tuesday Cuppa Tea
