A yellow Paragon teacup

I guess that one of the upsides of spending so much time at home this year is that I got to use my tea pretties more often!

This stunning yellow teacup was given to me by a work acquaintance many years ago.

I LOVE the gold filigree and red rose inside the cup and saucer.

The backstamp: Paragon is one of my favourite teacup makers.

What's your favourite china maker?

  1. Oh Margie, you are so right....that teacup is stunning!! I love the rose inside the cup and on the saucer. I don't know if I have a favorite china maker. I don't have any Paragon teacups, Aynsleys or Shelleys. I do have quite a few Royal Alberts, but I always love Johnson Brothers patterns. They seem to speak to me!

  2. That is a beautiful teacup! It's hard to choose a favourite china maker. I have quite a few Royal Albert teacups, and some Paragon, too. I do love the shape of the Paragon ones.
