It's spooky week!
New addition this year: This Tim Hortons ghost mug changes colour when you fill it with a hot drink!

In October, the Mississauga Fire Fighters Benevolent Fund sell Pink Truck Tour gear (t-shirts, long-sleeved shirts, quarter-zip sweaters, hoodies, and baseball caps) to raise funds for the Trillium Health Partners’ Cancer Program. The Pink Truck Tour has raised more than $1,000,000 since 2014!
Happy Thanksgiving to my Canadian friends!
I'm also celebrating National Apple Month by trying different apple teas.
It seems only fitting that I share my handmade Anne of Green Gables mug this month.
“Kindred spirits are not so scarce as I used to think. It’s splendid to find out there are so many of them in the world.”
"I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers."
I've spent September enjoying cozy cups of caramel, toffee, and maple teas!
I've got something to confess: my autumn decor has been up since the Labour Day weekend!
Last Saturday, I attended the 3rd Annual Ginormous High Tea Party hosted at Steve's Teas party.
Since the tea room was busy, I didn't get much photos during the party. But you can see the charming decor from my visit back in April.
Raise your hand if you have a list of teawares that you're in search of (ISO) when you go thrifting.
A few weeks ago, I was at a local thrift store and couldn't believe my eyes when I spotted the DavidsTea watermelon nordic mug on their shelf! I practically skipped to the cash register!
The watermelon nordic mug was released several years ago and I always regretted not buying it when it was still available.
Have you scored any thrifty treasures lately?
Summer went away, still the yearning stays for the fun fruity teas!
I found most adorable journal at Winners this month.
A few weeks ago, I found Celestial Seasonings Cold Brew Iced Tea at my local Dollar Tree.
The instructions said to to steep 1 or 2 teabags for each 250 ml of cold water for 5 minutes. So I used 2 tea bags in my 16 oz (450 ml) glass.
I've been hunting for a creamy jasmine tea, so when Murchie's Tasting Lab released the limited-time Jane Austen blend in July, I hit the checkout button on my cart!
Of course, I paired the tea with my Emma teacup!
Murchie's tasting notes said it would have the "sweetness and cream of vanilla", but all I could taste was the jasmine. I added a splash of milk to get a creamier taste."I always deserve the best treatment, because I never put up with any other."
I've been enjoying my matchas as milkshakes this summer!
Last weekend, I had an impromptu tea party at my parents' place.
My mom purchased these pretty Royal Albert Lady Carlyle teacups and saucers several years ago.
The teapot is by Royal Oak China and was gifted to her by a family friend.
