I've always been a fan of the Royal Albert Flower of the Month Series and have been hunting for the January (my birth month) set for years!
The matching plates (January, February, March) were also available for only $9.99!
Then I spotted the February teacup and saucer (also only $7.99)!
Reader, they all went home with me!
Now, I have to find the March tea set...
What great finds, Margie!! I know you must be so thrilled, especially for your birth month trio. How nice of your co-workers to help with your stash of teas!ReplyDelete
Margie, your January teacup trio is quite the find! Can't beat the price! I have been looking for mine as well but there are few thrift shops around here now. I also don't get out much any more. You did very well to bring all of those pieces home. Lucky you! Have a wonderful week, Margie!ReplyDelete
Oh my!Great findings!!!Lucky you,how treasured!ReplyDelete
What great finds! So glad you found January. Whittling down, or drinking down a stash of tea takes a lot of time. I'm still working on mine.ReplyDelete
Fabulous finds Margie, hope you have success with the others.ReplyDelete
Love your finds and your deals! YES...that is what I am talking bout! Oh my! I am going to be on the lookout for a February cup for me! I did look at some once but oh...way too pricey for me. Hugs and blessings, CindyReplyDelete
Beautiful finds, especially that January teacup. That is my birth month so I will need to be on the lookout for one. Our local thrift stores have great prices, but they seldom have any tea wares as nice as this.ReplyDelete
How lovely! What a splendid tea collection that will make. I hope you are successful in finding the complete set and for good prices.ReplyDelete
The teacups are beautiful. The February teacup and saucer have such a pretty floral design. How wonderful to have found them at an affordable price!ReplyDelete
Margie, how wonderful! You're going to enjoy those so much, I know. Perhaps even more knowing what a bargain you got!ReplyDelete
Glad I can pop in for a visit! That's a perfect collection for you, and LOVE your finds!ReplyDelete
This looks like such a lovely collection! I have a tiny set of the Centennial Rose set by Royal Albert. (two cups/ saucers, plate with sugar bowl and creamer)ReplyDelete
The flowers on your set are exquisite!
