Birthday cupcakes and teas

For my birthday, I asked a work friend, who has a side business in baked goods, to custom make for me chocolate earl grey with lavender buttercream icing cupcakes.

 

 
The cupcakes looked and tasted delicious!
 
 
DavidsTea's Lavender Buttercream rooibos was the perfect accompaniment to the chocolate earl grey lavender cupcakes.
 
 
The cake-inspired teas that I enjoyed this month:
