A Colclough Teacup

My office recently had a "Swap Fair" where people brought in items from home that they no longer want for other folks to snag. I happened to be working at home that day, but when a co-worker alerted me that someone had brought in some teacups, I rushed in to the office!

This vintage Colclough bone china teacup is one of the teacups that I rescued from the Swap Fair.

It's hard to tell from the photo, but I think the teacup is a very light cream/yellow colour.

The individual who brought in the teacups were happy to hear that they were going to a good home!

  1. What a lovely rescue!
The teacup looks so delicate, and I like how it found its way to you through the Swap Fair.
A perfect new home for a vintage treasure!

  3. I'd rush into the office, too, if something like that pretty teacup was waiting to be rescued!
