I can't believe that it's May!
April tea empties
What I will restock
1. Dessert by Deb's Vanilla Pear Winter Cake rooibos
Do you remember the Oriental lilies that I purchased in late March?
I was thrilled when the lilies started to bloom in mid-April!
But then the leaves started to fall off and the remaining buds started to turn brown...
Maybe I watered the lilies too much?

I can’t believe in May either, Margie! Your Oriental Lily was beautiful when it bloomed. Who knows what happened. That little plant that Molly gave me for my birthday, but it bit the dust too. I was supposed to soak the whole thing in water for 5-10 minutes once a week and I did, but it died. I planted some pieces of fern in it and hope that works.
ReplyDeleteHope you gave a happy week of tea sipping!
That Vanilla Pear Winter Cake rooibos sounds so inviting, Margie!
ReplyDeleteLilies can be tricky--sometimes they just don’t last as long as we hope, even with good care.
Here’s to May bringing you happier plants and plenty of delicious tea moments! 🌸🍵
May already! It's hard to imagine! The lily was beautiful while it bloomed.
ReplyDeleteOh so sorry abaout your lilies!
