A cute custom-made cosy

We kicked off the first day of March with a pop-up tea at the office. Fireside Cider green tea and maple shortbread cookies were served.

A crafty friend made this adorable firehouse dog tea cosy for me.

The dog's face and ears were made of fuzzy fabric.
It did a great job keeping the pot of tea hot!

Do you use a tea cosy?

  1. How fun to have a pop-up tea at work, Margie! Your friend did a fabulous job on the darling firehouse dog tea cosy. She's definitely "sew" talented!! I use a tea cosy sometimes, and should more often.

  2. What a cute tea cozy! I have one tea cozy but it fits only small pots so I seldom use it. I would like to have a big one some day. One of Bernideen's would be perfect! Happy March!

  3. What an adorable cozy, I keep saying I’m going to knit one but there always seems to be other projects going on. I had a cozy years ago but don’t use one now.

  4. SO cute!! I have one that Stephanie sent me for one of the tea cup exchanges and I use it almost every day! It really does keep the tea warm longer than when I don't use it.

  5. Do I use a tea cosy? Well, I *own* one, but I rarely use it. And it's not nearly as cute as your firehouse dog cosy!

  7. Dear Margir, trying to catch up a little this week and adoring the cutest tea cozy ever! I have several that I use. One a friend made for me and I keep it on my desk in my little office. Another one I made but the colors represent Autumn. So adorable. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
