Momo Sencha

Raise your hands if you've been drinking copious amounts of teas to cope with the stress of the coronavirus crisis.

Over the weekend, I finally tried the Momo Sencha that I purchased at the 2018 (!) RBG Tea Festival. This Japanese green tea is a special blend of peach and rhubarb by Momo Tea. I enjoyed the light peach flavour, but couldn't detect the rhubarb.

My March tea empties
I'm really making a dent in my tea stash in these trying times.

And Week 3 of physical/social distancing begins...

  1. Oh, I love your teapot! True words indeed! {{Smiles}}
    I must say, I am making quite a dent in my to do list during this time!
    Wishing you a wonderful new week, Margie!

  2. Stunning teapot! I love your good humor!Hugs and blessings.

  3. I'm with you, thank God for tea. I have to admit this virus has me in a bit of a panic, I'm normally pretty laid back. I have 3 of the underling health issues so my chances are pretty slim of surviving this. Good thing is I've always been a germaphobe. Even my husband has been making tea for me, he's getting good at it. Hope your doing well, I hope your tea stash holds out. Blessings Margie.

  4. Is t that teapot the best?? Thank goodness for you sipping away at your tea stash while working from home. A cup of tea is such comfort, which we all need.

  5. Tea is drunk copiously here, too. It's very fortifying. I hope the working from home is going well for you. I'm setting up virtual classrooms and trying to figure out how to teach from home.

  6. That is the cutest tea pot EVER! Love it! Girl...I sat down in the middle of the day yesterday and drank a cup of green tea which I do enjoy very much. Praying "This too shall pass". Hugs and blessings, Cindy

  7. I'm making a dent in my tea stash as well! I decided not to buy new tea for a while, use what I have while it is still reasonably fresh, and maybe clear a much-needed shelf in the cupboard while I'm at it :-) I hope that you are taking great care!

  8. Lots of tea drinking here, been using up all the small bits, even combining some for some interesting drinking, But I did break down and order some from Murchies (along with coffee and hot chocolate)

  9. Look at all those tea empties!! Hooray for tea. So soothing in difficult times. xo
